  • The original packaging and all documentation, including certificates and receipts, must be included.
  • Custom-made or engraved items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

3. Return Process:

  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item. The return address will be sent by email.
  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Inspection and Refund:

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards and items purchased on sale are non-refundable.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
